If I had a minor issue then it would be that the hotel also hits tourist groups which during breakfast can make dining both noisy and crowded.

L’albergo è posizionato benissimo e già questo rende il soggiorno molto piacevole. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade inaspettato che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero stupenda. Hotel splendido, situato a soli 600 m dalla stazione pricipale di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Abbiamo prenotato una suite en dépendance con vista sulla facciata della chiesa Santa Maria Novella e ne è davvero valsa la pena: un'atmosfera magica, soprattutto la sera. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e perfettamente pulita. Ogni giorno veniva riordinata con cura, con cambio degli asciugamani, e per chi ne avesse bisogno è disponibile un servizio di lavanderia a pagamento. Un elogio particolare va al personale, sempre gentile, professionale e sorridente. Alla reception siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e calore: ci hanno fornito consigli sulla città, rispondendo sempre con pazienza e cortesia a ogni nostra richiesta. È raro trovare uno staff così attento e genuinamente cordiale. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato un ricordo bellissimo: ci torneremo senz’altro!

Everything was perfect. The location, the breakfasts, the staff (always helpful). And it’s not far from the train station. We didn’t even have to use any transport in Florence.

Nos ha encantado, personalmente si volvemos a Florencia repetiremos Hotel. Todo genial, limpieza, la cama muy cómoda y lo de tener bañera y ducha perfecto.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella depandance a pochi metri dall’hotel. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, colazione un po’ scarsa ma nel complesso ci torneremo volentieri. Attenzione al bar del cinque stelle accanto che è parecchio costoso.

Hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare Firenze perché posizionato nel centro della città, si può raggiungere facilmente anche in auto perché convenzionato con un parcheggio vicino che ritira e riconsegna l’auto alla partenza. La pulizia delle camere e l’eleganza della hall caratterizzano l’hotel. Lo staff è molto disponibile e professionale, in particolare siamo stati aiutati e coccolati durante il nostro soggiorno da Eleonora sempre pronta ad esaudire le nostre richieste e a suggerirci zone di Firenze da scoprire. Ritorneremo sicuramente per la nostra prossima visita

La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona céntrica y bonita de la ciudad, a la vez que no concurrida en exceso. El trato del personal es inmejorable. Muy buena relación calidad - precio en cuanto a la habitación y al desayuno. Lo recomendaré a familiares y amigos.

Hotel situato in una posizione invidiabile con vista su Santa Maria Novella. Struttura con interni confortevoli, ottima pulizia e personale preparato ed estremamente cortese e disponibile. Particolarmente accogliente la sala da colazione con vetri in stile Liberty e ampia scelta di cibi dolci e salati di eccellente qualità. Tornerò certamente e lo consiglio vivamente anche in relazione all'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Suite selber nicht gesehen (Zimmer für Bekannte), soll aber Mega groß und großzügig gewesen sein. Doppelzimmer (Zimmer Nr 51) im anderen Gebäude, 5.Etage ohne Aufzug. Aufwand lohnt sich, großes, vor 1 Jahr geschmackvoll renoviertes Zimmer. Frühstück sehr basic, Kaffeeautomaten der mittleren Kategorie. Nervig war der TV der in einer Ecke dröhnte. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel! Parkservice vorhanden 24 Std/40€.

Checking into hotel Roma felt like an Agatha Christie experience. Way past midnight, as our very delayed flight landed in Florence, a freindly voice called to check if we were still checking into the hotel. While I was apologetic for the late hour, he reassured that there is no problem. And surely Luca ( that was his name), the night manager on duty welcomed us warmly at that late hour. The Hotel felt old world and classic italian. We were handed over proper keys ( not access cards) and escorted to our rooms. The rooms are large and charmingly old fashioned, Our rooms overlooked the expansive piazza. Air conditioned and well appointed, though a little low on plug points and cupboard space. There was an interesting assortments of lamps, night stands, bedstools that gave the room a 19th century feel. The hotel was very well located and everyone knew of it. though very close to the center, it was still at a quiet part of the area. Theere are many resturants just below the hotel. There is a supermarket, a laundary and 2 car parks within 5 minutes of walk. The modern amenities were all there - toilletries, housekeeping etc. They also provided us a kettle and tea tray on request. This was our first trip to italy and Hotel Roma , with its very old world charm set the tone perfectly.

Charming hotel, but what's more important is the Hotel Staff, incredibly professional, caring, accommodating, and helpful. I love the old boutique feel to it, to open the door, you need a key, which was great. It's located near all of the attractions all around within a 10-15 minute walk. The Breakfast was incredible, I will be dreaming about the various croissant varieties, the coffee machine the hotel provided made amazing cappuccino and expresso. There's different thin slices of meat, cereal, fruits, pies, eggs and sausage - for Americans :). Different kinds of juices. Everything you need to start your day. The room was clean, AC is strong, had to turn it down as it was too cold, the dark out blinds was great to block out the city lights and the morning sun. When we walk in and saw a bottle of wine and there were beer, soda and water in the refrigerator we thought we had to pay for them, turns out it was included. We were pleasantly surprised. We were with other families and they too loved everything about this Hotel. Looking forward to going back to Florence and staying at Hotel Roma
