Traveled to Rome for a few days before my cruise. I had intense pain in my gums and thought I could push through but couldn’t. I called him at 11:30pm the night before my cruise left. He answered and was in the office within 20 min. He opened the office for my husband and I. I was a nervous wreck but he eased my anxiety. He explained everything and took X-rays. At the end of the visit he gave me a prescription for antibiotics and a medicated mouthwash. The price I feel was reasonable considering how last minute it was. I felt better the next morning and was able to enjoy my cruise. He made conversation with us about his time in NYC and I felt it was nice of him to try to calm me down. Highly recommend him if you are in Rome and need emergency services. Thank you again Dr Ortuso.

He received me at Tuesday night around close to midnight. I have my tooth emergency and i have an important meeting in the Wednesday morning and had to leave Italy in the afternoon. Needless to say, i was freaking out!! I'm grateful he accepted my case and was very patient when I was freaking out, and that eventually made me calm down too. He fixed my tooth in 1 and half hour, and he didnt rush on fixing it despite the time. He gave me excellent service. Thank you so much, really.

He answered the phone really fast and arrange me a time to visit his clinic at 10:30am, I arrive at the place and is really clean and comfortable. It plays a nice ibiza edm music too ! He is very professional, and did an X-Ray to my tooth and made a filler in less than 5 minutes. Now is 11:00am and i am feeling better ! Thanks Doctor !

I called on Sunday with a dental emergency and he helped me out within 2 hours!! Was very quick and helpful, he made me feel much better after stressful morning.

A mi mujer se le rompió una muela y este doctor ha sido el único en Roma disponible 24 horas. Un trabajo perfecto y rápido. 100% recomendado si tienes cualquier necesidad de odontólogo en Roma.

Se solo potessi mettere 0 stelle. Sono andata dal dottore 5 anni fa per fare una semplice pulizia dei denti, praticamente mi ha staccato un pezzo di un'otturazione fatta tanti anni fa ed era intatta, prendo appuntamento per rifare l'otturazione con lui e da lì inizia il mio incubo. Voleva risparmiare sull'anestesia ma sentivo tanto dolore e dopo te...

Sono andata dal dottore 5 anni fa per fare una semplice pulizia dei denti, praticamente mi ha staccato un pezzo di un'otturazione fatta tanti anni fa ed era intatta, prendo appuntamento per rifare l'otturazione con lui e da lì inizia il mio incubo. Voleva risparmiare sull'anestesia ma sentivo tanto dolore e dopo tentativi mi fa la maledetta anestesia, ovviamente sbaglia nervo e fa addormentare metà della mia faccia... l'otturazione è fatta a ca*** e soffrivo di tanti dolori, incubo durato 5 anni e ci soffro ancora. Il bravissimo dottore avendo staccato pezzo del dente e avendo fatto lavori di correzione di basso livello mi si è creata un'infiammazione alla radice del dente che nonostante ho rifatto altre otturazioni fatte bene da altri dentisti, ho fatto anche la devitalizzazione e non si risolveva. Ieri ho dovuto togliere completamente il dente e ovviamente si sono formate tante cisti e l'infezione ha consumato tutto l'osso del dente... tutto questo è colpa sua, soldi persi, salute, benessere psicologico, sofferenzae dolori da anni, e devo ancora fare l'impianto. Il mio dente stava bene prima di conoscere questo medico.... ah ho dimenticato la perla, praticamente mi voleva togliere i denti del giudizio perché secondo lui il dolore che accusavo dal suo errore è dovuto ai denti del giidizio, e mi aveva fatto vedere una panoramica che non era mia, NON ERA MIA,perché ovviamente l'ho rifatta da unaltro dentista ed era diversa da quella che mi aveva fatto vedere lui al suo studio. Beato lui non ho le prove....
