kleines gemütliches Restaurant, wir waren dort Mittagessen, Tisch konnten wir uns aussuchen, sehr freundliche Bedienung! Wir hatten die Gnocci alle Bolognese, Linguine Carbonara und einen Insalata Siciliana. Alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und wir werden dort auf jeden Fall nochmal dort essen! Preise zwischen 15 und 38 Euro.

Lovely restaurant in centre of Taormina. Restaurant is located in very busy tourist centre. We hadn’t made a reservation anywhere and ate here as they did have availability around 9 in the evening. We chose the 4 course tasting menu which at €30 per person is amazing value for the area. The dishes were a selection of traditional Sicilian dishes and were all delicious. My only criticism would be we had to ask the table servers to explain what the dishes were. I’d suggest charging €30 for 4 courses is too cheap. The surrounding restaurants are full with people obsessed with taking photos of very average food to post on Instagram and impress their ‘friends’, at double the price.

My friends and I really enjoyed our beautiful meal which we cannot fault. We tried the four course tasting menu which consisted of lovely local tasty Sicilian dishes. Each dish was delicious and very fresh. We also tried the aubergine started fish and gnocci bolognese which was full of flavour and presented beautifully. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Taormina and looking for a taste of local and delicious food!

Adoro! Ci ero già stata tanto tempo fa. Volevo, come dire, sbloccare un ricordo. Abbiamo prenotato per non rischiare di restare in attesa. Personale, attento gentile e servizio accurato. Preso primi piatti di pesce molto buoni e a prezzi eccellenti nonostante il locale sia in centro. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. I ricordi non tradiscono mai! 😂?...

Exquisite culinary expertise from the chefs at this hidden gem in taromina. My family and I were visiting on a weekday for dinner and were seated right away. The pastas were handmade with sauces with lots of flavor. Kind wait staff. but be prepared to wait do not come if you are in a rush. It is a small staff and only 2 chefs have patience but it is worth the wait.

The food was amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The interior was beautiful and very lively. We did have a bit of a wait for our entrees but we were visiting Taormina during peak tourist season. The food was worth the wait! Highly recommend.

Tucked away in a charming corner Se stumbeled upon this restaurant and I have to say ,it was one in not the best experience we had in Taormina ,the service was amazing and quick and the food was out of this world Highlanders recommend it

La Grotta was a hidden quiet gem in Taormina. This restaurant had amazing service, great cocktails, seafood was incredibly fresh, the pasta Norma and clam pasta were beautiful. Please disregard the ancient reviews. You can tell that the workers and management take care and precision in the food and service. Ask for the chilli oil because it was fantastic. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing food. The waiter, Amen, amazing. Before deciding if we will dine there, when looking at the menu, Amen noticed us and asked us if he could help us. I wanted something that was not in the menu. He quickly went and spoke to the chef if he could prepare it for me. He did and it was amazing. Highly recommend
