Il Ristorante La Forchetta propone cucina tipica parmigiana e dell'ottimo pesce accompagnati da vini selezionati, nel centro storico di Parma.
Il Ristorante LA FORCHETTA è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Parma, in uno dei palazzi più belli e antichi della città a pochi metri dal Duomo e il Battistero. La gestione è famigliare e propone sia i migliori piatti della cucina tipica parmigiana che piatti di pesce. Tra le specialità del ristorante non possono mancare il Prosciutto di Parma, il Parmigiano Reggiano, i tortelli, il pesto di cavallo, le cruditè di pesce, pasta e pane fatti in casa. A completare il raffinato menu, una ricca scelta di vini provenienti da tutte le regioni. L'arredamento, è moderno, semplice e accogliente, come la nostra cucina. Il ristorante ha circa 50 posti a sedere, tra sala interna e plateatico esterno. Entrare alla Forchetta vuol dire passare un momento di piacere e di appagamento del gusto, nella città del gusto e della buona cucina.

Cibi sfiziosi, prezzi onesti e un servizio gradevole. Ci sono stato da turista: dopo un sacco di ristoranti con piatti che navigavano nel burro, eccone uno gustoso ma non stancante. Consigliato.

Ottima cena a base di pesce a Parma! Abbiamo gustato un antipasto di terra e uno di pesce, un primo (tagliolini agli scampi) e un secondo (orata), bottiglia di vino bianco e due caffè, tutto 80€ . Non è economicissimo ma le porzioni sono abbondanti e tutto è veramente ottimo!

CI sono stato con un coupon, quindi prezzo bassissimo e ho provato piu' cose. I ragazzi del locale sono stati davvero cordialissimi, il cibo era davvero di ottima qualita' e fattura, particolare anche la presentazione. I prezzi mi sono sembrati adeguati alla qualita'. Sicuramente raccomandatissimo per una cena speciale in pieno centro a PArma!

Sicuramente uno dei migliori in centro a Parma, dove si mangia il pesce come si deve: genuino, poco elaborato (con perfetta cottura), fresco e ben presentato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo considerando che siamo a pochi metri dal Battistero. Si spende circa 25-35 euro a testa per i piatti di pesce (tra l' antipasto e un primo o secondo). Consigli...

Il migliore ristorante in centro di Parma! Da quando hanno cambiato la gestione è diventato un posto magnifico! L'atmosfera rilassante, servizio curato e attento. La cucina semplice, fresca e nello stesso tempo raffinata. Complimenti davvero! Bravi.

Finiti in zona completamente impreparati e dovendo pranzare abbiamo visto su Trip che a pochi passi c'era questo ristorante, i ha ispirato fiducia e siamo entrati. Buona accoglienza, bell'ambiente, all'interno fresco ma senza gelare, gradevole musica di sottofondo. Ci siamo accomodati nella saletta più piccola. Simpatico e gustosa l'entrè con l'oli...

Sehr schönes Restaurant, in einer ruhigen Strasse gelegen, mit gemütlichem Aussenbereich. Das Essen war hervorragend und das Servicepersonal wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auch werden einem Empfehlungen für lokale Weine und Biere gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfetto!! Allt var jättegott. Och otroligt god liten aptitretare innan. Dock väldigt varmt ute 38 grader) och även om vi satt inne varandet lite varmt. Bra service och och alla kunde engelska. Vi åt varsin förrätt, varsin primi, en flaska barbera, 2 vatten och 2 limoncello
