Love the rooms and the location, just perfect. Service could be improved: we asked for the turn down service to come after 7pm, when they came at 6,45 we asked them to come back a little later as we were getting ready to go out, they never did. Aside from this, this is a spectacular spot to spend your holidays.

They even suggested to get us a RESERVATION for my bday night at there roof top RESTAURANT- which was already booked! They made it happen ! Wonderful LUXURY HOTEL in ROME ! My wife and I stayed here late May, 2025. We flew in from Canada, overnight and I often have trouble sleeping on a plane. I was so grateful that when we arrived very early, they allowed up to get into the room at around noon. I am sure it isn’t always possible, but was a great start so I could get a quick sleep in the afternoon. Alessandra is wonderful. I don’t want to take away from anyone else, but she stood out to us. When getting our passport info, Alessandra noticed my wife’s birthday was 3 days after we checked in. She arranged a nice treat for her and everyone greeted my wife with a birthday wish. It was a really nice touch and we both appreciated it! The room was great, very clean, everything worked well, and a very comfortable bed. The art throughout the was nice to experience too. The location was within an easy walk to the Coliseum, baths, Trestevre… We will very likely be back to Rome and will certainly be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Un hotel diverso dagli altri — ed è proprio questo il suo fascino: più che un soggiorno, è un’immersione nello stile firmata Jean Nouvel, con la visione di Alda Fendi che trasforma ogni dettaglio in linguaggio architettonico. Cemento, volumi, luce e materia. Roma qui cambia ritmo. Lontano dai soliti percorsi, ma a due passi dal cuore della città, è un rifugio “contemporaneo”. Un “non hotel” per chi ama arte e design. Dissento però sulle 5 stelle: la colazione self-service è interessante ma troppo easy per un contesto stellato — soprattutto se le materie prime non brillano. Il servizio è snello, ma a tratti risulta un po’ troppo spento. Niente lobby, pochi servizi accessori: la filosofia è chiara, ma non per tutti. Piuttosto rumoroso. Rimane un’esperienza positiva, dal respiro internazionale, sofisticata e fuori dagli schemi, ma non adatta a chi cerca comfort classici da hotel tradizionale. Da consigliare con la “giusta chiave di lettura”.

Der Service war erstklassig – das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, wie hundefreundlich das Hotel ist – unser Phoebe wurde genauso herzlich empfangen wie wir. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und der schöne Ausblick auf Rom. Das Badezimmer war großzügig und mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Auch das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, was für meine Arbeit sehr wichtig war. Ein absolutes Highlight war der atemberaubende Blick von der Terrasse – einfach unfassbar schön und entspannend. Ich komme garantiert wieder und kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! We had the absolute best 3-night stay at Rhinoceros Roma. We were a family of four and stayed in rooms 20 and 21 - connecting rooms, so would highly recommend for groups (they should do a better job advertising this on the website since it wasn’t obvious that connecting rooms were possible - so we were very pleasantly surprised). The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. So clean, with lovely smelling toiletries. All the staff we encountered were also very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect - 15min walk to the Colosseum, 25min walk to the historic centre (Trevi Fountain etc), so close enough to all the sights but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for some peace and quiet which we really appreciated after a long day of exploring. The only thing worth mentioning is that we had booked room 21 specifically as it has two twin beds (and they couldn’t be moved to make one double bed) - however, the shower area in this room was completely exposed to the rest of the room (glass shower wall) with no door/panel/etc so that you could shower in private within the room. As we had a connecting room, we just made use of the shower in the other room, but just not sure of the logic whereby two people wouldn’t want to share a bed (and therefore specifically booked a room with two twin beds) but are happy to shower, exposed in front of each other? Nonetheless, would highly recommend the hotel for a slightly “different” 5* experience in Rome - it is super cool to stay in design apartments in an art gallery!!

This is an amazing hotel. The location was incredible. Just a short few blocks walk to the Colosseum and Forum. You walk right out of the hotel and are surrounded by history. The room was spectacular with a modern design. The hotel is an immersive, sensory experience. We had a cocktail at the rooftop bar at sunset which was beautiful. The best part of our three night stay was the Rhinoceros team. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. They really catered to us including a private tour of the art galleries and history of the hotel. Alessandra was the first person we met. She checked us into the hotel and gave us an extensive tour of the room and all of the amenities. When we asked for a dinner suggestion one night, she took the initiative to surprise us by booking a table for us at a wonderful, nearby restaurant. Can’t say enough about how helpful everyone was. Really appreciated this special experience.

We had the most amazing stay at the Rhinoceros. What an amazing jewel of a hotel. The location is perfect - right by the Roman Forum, across the Tiber from the Trastavere for all your foods, and close enough to but far enough from the craziness of the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The room was astoundingly comfortable and extremely well designed - we got the suite and it was completely worth it. I was so excited to stay at a hotel designed by a Pritzker winning architect, and it was a perfect mixture of a 15th century palace and a 21st century design. Most of all, the staff was so helpful, so cheery, so eager to accomodate. Georgio was the best, and being able to just whatsapp them with any question and get an answer back within minutes (or for them to accomodate our allergies for breakfast) was superb. Thank you to all! When we're back in Rome, without doubt, this is going to be where we stay.

В Риме мы остановились в очень интересном и концептуальном месте - фактически это смесь музея современного искусства, 5 звездочного отеля с эксклюзивным консьерж сервисом и персональным отношением и теплых домашних апартаментов. Отель принадлежит семье Fendi, а архитектуру и дизайн отеля делал Jean Nouvel для Fendi, обладатель Притцкеровской премии, присуждаемой за достижения в области архитектуры (считается аналогом Нобелевской премии). Концепция абсолютно уникальна, современный стиль в сочетании с уважением к истории и идей буквально в каждой детали. Уровень детализации и ее качество впечатляют, телевизор и акустика b&o, сантехника, огромное количество различного пространства для хранения и удобства, косметика, в наш пакет и категорию номера был включен и ежедневно пополнялся отличный минибар, где было 2 бутылки прекрасного вина, игристое, пиво, какие-то очень интересные соки, например в сочетании с ментолом, даже ароматическая свеча. А еще была включена электромашина, на которой, можно было заехать практически в любую точку Рима, закрытой для транспорта, мы, например, катались по парку Вилла Боргезе, это доставило массу эмоций и веселья) Особо хочу отметить качество обслуживания и внимание персонала, они были 24/7 на связи, всегда интересовались как наши дела, организовывали наш досуг, например, мы попросили забронировать стол в ресторане, где оказывается все забронировано на 2 недели вперед, а они организовали два дня подряд нам стол именно на то время э, которое мы хотели, причем когда мы пришли, бронирование было даже не от отеля, а от семьи Фенди) Я, как человек привыкший считать деньги, вообще не пониманию, как они отобьют вложения😆, не зря половина пространства отдана Fendi foundation, которая является некоммерческой организацией, как и сам проект в целом похоже. Fendi сами там тоже регулярно живут, как и другие звезды и деятели искусства и дизайна, например, не так давно отель полностью снимала Анджелина Джоли. Вообщем мы в восторге, люди и этот отель просто сделали наше нахождение в Риме, за что мы им очень благодарны!

I stayed with my wife and 1 year old son here and the visit was very pleasant. I love the mix of modern and industrial. The first floor is a beautiful galley. There are lovely nearby walkable restaurants that offer good value and delicious. The absolutely best part of the stay were the staff. I don't think I've had better recommendations and sincere service in any other luxury hotel. Armani was especially helpful, giving me the most thorough introduction to the room and sites around the area. I was a little worried about driving in Rome, but the staff here gave great tips and eased my worries. There is parking on site, and stsff will park your car for you so you could focus on relaxing. Great stay, would definitely recommend!
