Il cibo era gustoso, tuttavia il servizio era completamente disorganizzato: abbiamo aspettato incredibilmente a lungo per i piatti, tanto che il piatto principale è arrivato dopo le 23 mentre il tavolo era riservato per le 20. Il vino che ci hanno consigliato era molto buono, ma è stato uno shock quando abbiamo ordinato altre due calici di vino bia...

Great Food, But Service Slipped Second visit—food still fantastic. Service felt chaotic and slow, and being seated right by the kitchen amplified the stress. Odd choice given there was an empty table in a better spot. Still worth visiting, but next time we’ll ask for a quieter seat.

Esperienza più che piacevole. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione dei piatti consigliati dallo chef. Abbiamo apprezzato ogni piatto, soprattutto per il bilanciamento dei sapori e la commistione tra elementi semplici e tradizionali rivisitati in modo innovativo, la qualità degli ingredienti è ottima e anche l’attenzione per l’impiattamento impeccabile. Una menzione speciale per il servizio: personale cordiale, simpatico, attento alle esigenze e alle valutazioni della clientela, la location è elegante, ma senza respirare troppa formalità. Ottima esperienza.

Incredible dining experience at Radimare - we would rank it up there on our 7 day Puglia trip . We enjoyed every dish which was immaculately presented. Risotto has to be the best I’ve had in my life - even with the incredible cheese ones we’ve had in Florence. We were served by Claudio who was perfect and recommended our next favourite restaurant on our Puglia trip - My Wine. If you like Radimare, you must go there.

The pastas were perfectly prepared and flavored and the chocolate desert was amazing! Radamare's chef and team deserve to be at least Bib gourmand and could be on their way to a star.

Wonderful lunch today with food meriting the Michelin recognition, excellent wine list at reasonable prices and outstanding service from Claudio. With every dish the chef created visual delights and delectable flavours. All were excellent, but standout dishes were Oyster with beetroot and lime granita; crunchy mussel scapece; Corba rossa de Gargano, Luciana sauce and monks beard; Scarpetta(dessert ) almond bread, vanilla cream and salted caramel. The Morella Mezzogiornio 2024 wine was crisp, fresh and perfectly matched the food. Spectacular food and splendid service....go see for yourself!
