We stayed on the too floor, with the 2 sided patio... and it is amazing!! The room is good sized, with plenty of space. The shower was a little small, but everything was clean. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful, very friendly. Had dinner on the rooftop restaurant 1 night and the views and food was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here...

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, helpful staff, very good breakfasts and a great rooftop restaurant with superb views over the Teatro Politeama. The location of this hotel is ecellent, at the edge of the old town with the main eating and shopping areas close by. What more could you want? Well, a bar would be good. You can get drinks at the roof restaurant, but it's really for dining and all the tables are usually booked for that, so it's not really suitable for an "apero" unless you're also eating there. However, overall this hotel is excellent and I would certainly stay there again when visiting Palermo.

Very clean hotel in center of city. It was quiet with good AC and beds. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a generous buffet with many delectable and nutritious options. We found the hotel to be a good value. But the piece de resistance was the rooftop bar and restaurant with amazing city, mountain, sunset and harbor views! The staff were so pleasant and offered excellent choices when asked about wine or meal selections.

The hotel is in a really good location, overlooking the piazza & theatre and only a couple of streets over from the Teatro Massimo and easy walk to all the main sights. Perfectly situated across from the Politeama, the hotel is centrally located to all the high-end shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop bar offers beautiful views of the city.

Awesome Hotel! Awesome location!! We spent 3 nights and were very happy! We arrived at 9am and Alessio was so helpful checking us in ( our room was ready by 10!) and helping us navigate the city . Fillipo was awesome in booking a boat excursion for us and recommending restaurants. He also suggested having a cocktail at the rooftop bar, which we...
