There’s valet parking using a nearby garage which also adds to the convenience. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. The room was immaculately clean and we’d a very comfortable couple of nights.

Perfectly situated across from the Politeama, the hotel is centrally located to all the high-end shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop bar offers beautiful views of the city.

Awesome Hotel! Awesome location!! We spent 3 nights and were very happy! We arrived at 9am and Alessio was so helpful checking us in ( our room was ready by 10!) and helping us navigate the city . Fillipo was awesome in booking a boat excursion for us and recommending restaurants. He also suggested having a cocktail at the rooftop bar, which we did , 2X’s! We loved the Rooftop bar!!! Alessio took great care of us. He was very friendly and his service was awesome! We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is centrally located on the stunning piazza, a short 10- minute walk to major attractions such as Teatro Massimo and the fascinating Mercato del Capo. The front desk staff are available 24/7, and were professional, extremely helpful and courteous both before and during my stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of hot and cold items - like a deli and bakery combined. It was the ultimate “taste of Sicily”. The rooms are beautiful - modern, large and clean. I have already booked this hotel again for next year and feel fortunate to be returning. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hotel Politeama.

I traveled with my family from America to Italy, starting in Naples, then working our way down through Southern Italy, then across into Sicily, working our way around the island. During that journey we stayed at several high-end hotels, all very very good, however none felt as comfortable as the Hotel Polieama in Palermo. I'm rating the Polieama all 10s for the survey’s categories, but a 15 for that hotel's staff. While on this trip I made it my top priority to talk with the people of Italy at every opportunity, to enhance my (family’s) travel experience, and while doing that we discovered the hotel staff of Politeama were all so warm, authentic, friendly and simply down to earth, making me even more proud to be of Italian decent. A special shout out to our new friend Allesio, your menu recommendations were spot on, and the food was simply delicious (I put on a few pounds). I never would have guessed basil granita could be so refreshing. Grazie Allesio, auguro a te e alla tua famigilia tanto amore e successo. Fino a quando non ci incontreremo di nuovo
