Ho alloggiato in questo hotel svariate volte ogni mese negli ultimi due anni, non ho mai avuto grossi problemi solo qualche incomprensione con la reception, il personale del ristorante invece impeccabile sempre. nel mio ultimo soggiorno (attualmente in corso) ho avuto un'emergenza di salute ovvero mi sono svegliata il giorno del check out con la febbre alta e stando malissimo, ho addirittura chiamato un medico a domicilio perché non mi reggevo letteralmente in piedi, l'hotel per quella notte era al completo e capisco possa essere un inconveniente ma non potevo assolutamente lasciare la stanza e mettermi in viaggio in quelle condizioni, al che ho iniziato a ricevere una tempesta di chiamate dalla reception da 3 ragazze diverse che mettevano pressioni per lasciare la stanza noncuranti delle mie condizioni di salute, quando è arrivato il medico gli hanno detto che avrebbe avuto solo 5 minuti per farmi lasciare la stanza e passati i 5 minuti sono stata chiamata e mi è stata offerta un'ambulanza, quando il medico ha ritenuto non fosse necessaria ma che comunque dovessi necessariamente rimanere a riposo è stato risposto "allora NON STAI COSì MALE" vergognoso! Ho fatto prontamente contattare la struttura dal mio avvocato al quale è stato detto che la direttrice era in pausa pranzo e non reperibile, lui ha chiesto di essere ricontattato ma ciò non è mai avvenuto, hanno proseguito poi a chiamare in stanza durante tutta la visita del medico finché la mia assistente ha chiamato la struttura richiedendo i nominativi di chi stesse continuando a chiamare per poter sporgere denuncia e magicamente la direttrice era tutto d'un tratto disponibile a parlare con lei (ovviamente non con l'avvocato). La direttrice dopo 10 minuti di conversazione e dopo aver giustificato la sua assenza con un "ero in riunione" ha come per magia trovato una stanza disponibile. Io sono dovuta rimanere qui (ovviamente pagando circa 600 euro a notte) solamente per le mie condizioni di salute, va da se che non tornerò mai più in questa struttura. Ho provveduto inoltre alla segnalazione al ministero del turismo di Milano ed agli altri organi competenti, procederò sicuramente anche per vie legali perché non esiste una mancanza di rispetto simile soprattutto in una struttura di questo livello. Resto sempre in attesa del colloquio con la direttrice che mi aveva assicurato "con piacere" che avremmo potuto discutere dell'avvenuto ma che ovviamente non è pervenuta. VERGOGNOSO il personale dovrebbe conoscere diritti e regolamentazioni di strutture turistiche.

Top to bottom a wonderful experience. Front desk, ristorante, bar, accomodation, and conceirge. every one and everything was appreciated. Staff was patient, informative, helpful and many times above and beyond. A well run customer centric experience.

This property is a true gem. We were celebrating a 70th birthday and took one of their suites. An old perfume factory has been transformed into a modern, architecturally beautiful property with an assortment of room sizes and layouts. They have a small spa downstairs and we arranged for massages which were very relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant has both inside seating and the outside seating is in a lovely beautifully lit garden courtyard. There is a cozy bar downstairs and a rooftop bar serving bar snacks and light bites as well. Our rate included breakfast which was plentiful and offered a bit of everything. The staff is where this property is heads above others. From the moment we contacted them several months before our arrival they could not have been more helpful. No request was ignored and we received excellent and friendly advice as to where to go, what to see and where to eat. ( as previously mentioned…the restaurant in the hotel was so good we ate dinner there every night). A request for additional hangers was sent immediately…. A big THANK YOU and shout out to Giulia, Alessia, Daniele, Monica and the friendly, helpful waitstaff. Clearly customer service is very important to the staff at Magna Pars and they really did excel. Our room had a mini fridge and coffee maker, cups, glasses, wine & champagne flutes. Because we were three people we took the Presidential Suite. It had a full bathroom with tub and shower in the upstairs bedroom along with a king sized bed and plenty of storage. The downstairs had a half bath, large living space along with a kitchen table and small, non cooking, kitchenette. Floor to ceiling windows and everything was easily controlled by a panel near the front door. We paid extra €50 for a rollaway bed which was very comfortable? We all felt that the price was worth the luxury…and again, the customer service and staff made our entire stay wonderful.

We had a great one-night stay at Magna Pars in Milan. This boutique hotel is tucked away from the busy tourist areas, located near the trendy Navigli district along the canal—full of restaurants, bars, and a younger, vibrant crowd. We booked a suite for our family of four, and it worked out perfectly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff had set up the couches as beds for our two (over 6-foot-tall) sons—both said they were surprisingly comfortable. The hotel offered all the amenities we needed for a short stay, and we really enjoyed the vibe of the property. While we had to leave before breakfast was served and can’t comment on that, we did get to check out the cool rooftop bar—great atmosphere and a perfect way to wind down. A solid, stylish choice if you’re looking for something a bit off the beaten path in Milan.

In realtà sono andato all'hotel per un aperitivo con parenti e amici. Posso però dire che la struttura è molto suggestiva, con i suoi richiami nautici e tanti angolini di gusto e qualità, tipo il giardino interno, la cantina dei vini ed il roof bar. Proprio qui abbiamo preso un ricco aperitivo - con cocktail molto intriganti e ben studiati, e interessante abbinamento olfatto con gusto - con gustose monoporzioni, finger food e tanto altro. Barman e suoi colleghi di livello e molto gentili. Anche alla reception cortesia e servizio di livello. Purtroppo sulle camere non posso dire nulla ma penso proprio che siano all'altezza del resto.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. We have just returned home (2 adults and a 15 year old boy) and have talked about when we want to come back! What’s so good about it: Location - it is in a great area, by the Port Genova station, some little bars and restaurants close by and only 10 mins max walk to the canal and all that has to offer Room - very spacious, gorgeous bathroom with lots of space for toiletries and a good shower. The beds are huge and super comfy with a pillow menu. Complimentary water and also chocolates and fizz delivered to the room. Staff - fantastic in every part of the hotel, especially in reception and the roof top bar The hotel design - as an old perfume factory the whole hotel is beautifully designed with perfume samples everywhere. The fragrances are chosen for each area so it js not overwhelming, just done so well Rooftop bar - a great selection of drinks, presented with some lovely snacks Breakfast - a wonderful selection. Staff today weren’t as good (virtually non-existent) but it was Monday and very few people in there Cost wise it was cheaper than the main chains and about a million times better! We can’t wait to go back!

Industrial looking hotel in a former parfum factory in a quasi-industrial part of town. A twenty minute walk from the Duomo At no time did we feel unsafe in the neighborhood, and the front desk was always able to call a taxi that arrived in less than 5 minutes. We stayed in the Prestige Suite that overlooks a garden court yard. We were unable to book a 3-person room so we booked for two persons and took the risk to show up with three. We were charged an extra $50/day and there was more than enough room on either of the two couches or an additional bed. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the hotel has a great rooftop bar and basement restaurant open at 1900. They also have a pre-1900 bar menu that looked better than the dinner menu. The breakfast buffet was complete with eggs-to-order. Being a former parfum factory, there is a signature scent assigned to each room and some sort of exhibit in the lobby showcasing all the available fragrances.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighborhood, with plenty of pubs, mini markets, and restaurants nearby. If you don’t feel like venturing out into the vibrant city of Milan one evening, you can eat and drink very well just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel has "perfume" in its name and a history as a former perfume factory. One of our travelers is sensitive to strong scents and was initially concerned about this. However, he was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Each room has a signature scent, and although noticeable, they were all subtle and pleasant. A special mention goes to the breakfast and the restaurant staff. We travel a lot, and this was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. It was so good that the only minor downside was that the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict could have had a bit more bite—it was slightly bland. But the fact that we have to nitpick at that level to find anything negative says it all. A perfect breakfast! The three things we would change about this hotel are: The bed covers – They were made of synthetic materials, which made them very warm and not breathable at all. The door lock mechanism – It was very loud. My wife goes to bed early, and it was impossible to sneak into the room without waking her up. The lighting upon entry – Related to item #2, for some reason, when I opened the door while my wife was sleeping and all the lights were off, every single light in the room turned on at once in a burst of brightness, waking her up. This definitely needs to be addressed.
