Orribile - Ho lasciato il mio piumone per farlo lavare e mi è stato restituito una settimana dopo. Quando l'ho aperto, ho scoperto che era nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'avevo lasciato e non era per niente pulito. NON ANDATECI SE NON VORRETE PAGARE PER UN BUCATO SPORCO. 0 stelle

Excelente atención. Me puso la ropa a lavat, no me tuve que quedar, me fui a hacer turismo, la sacó y puso a secar, y yo la pasé a retirar como 4 horas después.

Ho lasciato due camicie macchiate da smacchiare con l’urgenza di farle per il giorno dopo. Ho pagato 14 euro. Nessuna delle due camicie mi è stata restituita pulita, ma cosa più grave è che alla consegna quello che suppongo sia il proprietario della lavanderia mi ha mentito sull esito del servizio affermando che solo una delle due fosse rimasta macchiata. Dell’altra me ne sono reso conto una volta indossata essendo una macchia minuscola. Che tu non riesca a lavarle va bene, ma mentire al cliente perchè turista anche no.

Esperienza molto positiva. Per un evento di matrimonio cercavamo una lavanderia per far stirare un abito che in valigia in aereo si era stropicciato. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale e comprensivo delle nostre esigenze soprattutto riguardo i tempi di consegna visto l’imminenza del matrimonio. Abito stirato molto bene. Esperienza molto positiva. Per un evento di matrimonio cercavamo una lavanderia per far stirare un abito che in valigia in aereo si era stropicciato. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale e comprensivo delle nostre esigenze soprattutto riguardo i tempi di consegna visto l’imminenza del matrimonio. Abito stirato molto bene. Lo consiglio.

They are nice people and we have appreciated the service, even though some items were lost. We were on a cruise and needed urgently some clean clothes. They charged us 42€ for 7kg of clothes. As we have never been using such a service before, we thought it was pricey but we did not say anything. 2 streets further you can find a washing place and you pay 12€ for clean and dry. I cannot recommend this place as I do think they charged us more because we were tourists desperate for some clean clothes.

Fast laundry service for a wash and fold. This is not self service (which there are plenty of in Palermo). While a little pricey (it’s charged by the Kg) the clothes were washed quickly and efficiently. We dropped off in the am around 9am and picked up at 5PM the same day. Close to the cruise port as well (10 min walk)
