Location molto moltocarina. Noi ci siamo stati per un ricevimento e l'abbiamo vista di pomeriggio/sera. L esterno é stupendo, curato nel dettaglio un po meno le sale interne. Si mangia molto bene, il personale della sala é molto gentile e disponibile, anche sul servizio, nulla da dire... a parte che avevano fretta di sparecchiare i tavoli, ad amici...

Location molto moltocarina. Noi ci siamo stati per un ricevimento e l'abbiamo vista di pomeriggio/sera. L esterno é stupendo, curato nel dettaglio un po meno le sale interne. Si mangia molto bene, il personale della sala é molto gentile e disponibile, anche sul servizio, nulla da dire... a parte che avevano fretta di sparecchiare i tavoli, ad amici piu volte é stato tolto il piatto prima ancora che finissero... Ma consiglio! Scomodo i bagni senza fasciatoio

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are outstanding, especially the maître d’hôtel, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is ideal if you have a car, calm and outside the heavy tourist zones, yet incredibly practical for day trips: about 15 minutes to Pompeii, around 30 minutes to Naples, and under an hour to Positano or Amalfi. You still get a full resort feeling when you return. The gardens are extraordinary, the greenest and most beautifully kept we have seen, and they make every walk to the pool or terrace feel special. Our room was elegant and spotless, with real attention to detail and high-quality finishes, everything felt premium. Dinner service was excellent, with thoughtful check-ins and great dessert recommendations. Parking on site was easy, and getting in and out for day trips was simple. We would come back in a heartbeat and will recommend La Medusa to friends. If you value gracious service, serene grounds, and a practical base to explore the region, this is the place.

Lieu exceptionnel, vue exceptionnelle, personnel d’une gentillesse inégalable, parking gratuit. Très belle vue sur le Vésuve depuis la terrasse. La piscine très bien entretenue. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter toute la côte amalfitaine.

Stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding on 31st August 2025. The hotel is located about 39 minutes by car from Napoli airport the hotel is pure charm. from the moment you enter the grounds, to the checkin at reception, to the room, and the outside b ar and restaurant. its so well kept. the Hotel is part of SLH. So it was always going to be an amazing property and the pictures and hype all lived up to expectations. the real charm is in the warm service from the team and super well designed gardens towards the rear of the property. I was lucky the weather was perfect for the duration of my stay. The team catered so well for the wedding. Pictures I have shared don't do the service or team any justice - so you have to visit the hotel. Breakfast is located on the 4th floor and commands the best views of the sea and famous Vesuvius volcano. Hospitality is first class, the room was super comfortable and amenities associated with a 5 star hotel. (oddly the hotel is classed as 4 star) Amazing hotel, great memories and first class service from the following team make this THE place to stay of you want peace and time to relax......or want to get married ! thanks to Anna, Akila, Angela, Fabio, Genarro, Antonio, Gianluca, Marianno, Milena, and Nuncia. Amazing service and the hotel comes highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso giorni di grande relax conditi da cibo straordinario e coccolati da tutti. Tutto perfetto!! Dalla reception, dove si viene accolti da volti sorridenti, al servizio in piscina, passando attraverso la colazione mattutina seduti al tavolo di fronte ad un panorama mozzafiato, per finire con un ottima cena nel suggestivo parco che circonda l'albergo. Veniamo da anni e ci torneremo!

Conosco da tempo Eden Spa annessa al Medusa Hotel , hotel di Charme. Domenica ,causa traffico cittadino per recarmi a mare, ho optato per una pausa " rigenerativa" presso la suddetta Spa. Ottima scelta. No caos, momento di puro relax e trattamento viso eseguito dalla dolce ed esperta Paola, veramente top. Grazie a tutto il team e...a presto riveder...

Conosco da tempo Eden Spa annessa al Medusa Hotel , hotel di Charme. Domenica ,causa traffico cittadino per recarmi a mare, ho optato per una pausa " rigenerativa" presso la suddetta Spa. Wir haben relativ kurzentschlossen und zu einem guten Preis über booking.com gebucht und wurden in unserer Erwartungshaltung nicht nur nicht enttäuscht, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Das Personal ist dermaßen freundlich: Egal, ob an der Bar, oder beim Frühstück oder am Pool oder an der Rezeption…. Jeder hier ist wirklich darum bemüht, diesen Aufenthalt einfach unvergesslich zu machen. Der Standort des Hotels eignet sich sehr gut, um mit einem Mietwagen die Umgebung zu erkunden. Egal ob Napoli, Pompeji, die Amalfiküste, oder eine der schönen Inseln, Capri oder Ischia - Von hier aus geht alles Innerhalb 1 Stunde. Wir möchten Gennaro und seinem Team wirklich sehr für diese wunderbare Woche danken. Ihr habt alle einen tollen Job gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Great small luxury hotel in excellent environment. Staff all around the facilities are great. The minute you step in you know that you are in for a luxury treat. Shuttle bus is a great thing provided by this hotel at a small fee which is totally understandable. Pool and garden areas cleanliness is just amazing. The views from rooms and 4th floor breakfast area are awesome. If you don't want to travel around by train then a car is a must have. Also, I think drinking water should be topped up in the room free of charge every day.

It certainly feels like a resort when you stay here. Gennaro runs the restaurants impeccably! He is incredible and wonderfully helpful. His team is attentive and know how to take care of diners. The food was magnificent! The wine selection won't disappoint even the wine snobs out there! And if your bank account runs heavy, there is definitely a Wine for you here to sip and take in the beautiful garden!! Let me know how find it. Stay here, drive through Amalfi. It's better. Pompeii and the ⛰️ mountain (Vesuvius) are close by and part of the view. Loved it here!

La piscine parfaite ne vous attendez pas à une ambiance de fou car franchement pour nous il y avait peu de personnes ce qui nous convenait parfaitement par ailleurs car c'était calme. Le petit village à côté propose de très bons restauran...
