Absolutely outstanding. Staff are helpful and friendly. So incredibly clean. Super comfortable beds. Huge beds!! Great buffet breakfast with an abundance of food choices. In a great location - walking distance to the lovely enclosed streets of Sorrento. 100% recommend. I’ll be back to spend more time and will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It was only a short walk to the most amazing views, beaches, shopping, and dining. Had an amazing stay last spring with my family! Rooms were huge! Our triple had separate twin beds with plenty of space & equally spacious en suite bathroom. The delux had a terrace! The real gem here is the customer service. With the front desk staff (Chiara, Giuseppe, Maria & Francesca), I booked a discounted Amalfi coast van tour, lactose free milk for my morning Cappuccinos at the in house coffee bar, transport from Naples train station direct to the hotel & a late night restaurant reservation upon arrival. Breakfast was huge with a variety of juices, cereal, bread, pastry & egg dish choices. Booking here made me look so impressive to my fam! We walked to the beach, city center, train station & took public transit. Will stay here again & highly recommended it.

This is a great hotel located very conveniently to shopping and restaurants in Sorrento. The room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Excelente experiencia en el hostel Ulisse. Fuimos tres amigas a habitacion triple con baño privado por seis noches. L o hemos contratado por la pagina oficial. Muy rapida respuesta a mis consultas sobre la estadia. Destaco la atencion de Chiara Cocurullo. El hostel es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Limpieza diaria de la habitacion y cambio de toalla...

Muy rapida respuesta a mis consultas sobre la estadia. Destaco la atencion de Chiara Cocurullo. El hostel es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Limpieza diaria de la habitacion y cambio de toallas. Baño muy espacioso con ameritis. El desayuno muy completo y buenos productos. La atencion muy amable de la recepcion. Hemos contratado transfer y taxi dde al hostel y han cumplido con los horarios pactados. La ubicacion es excelente , a pocos metros de la calle principal de Sorrento.

Copriletto non particolarmente pulito Alla reception sempre molto tutti cortesi Hotel con più potenzialità .. basterebbe davvero poco

The staff members are very friendly and ready to help out. Our stay was comfortable and cleaned daily. When we asked the staff to call a taxi for us, they did and helped our travel. The location was great too.

Everything was perfect. We took the standard double room, so it was very spacious and convenient. It was really nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful so we felt welcomed all the days of our visit. And the location is great too, close to the center of town so you don’t need to drive. And nice view from the window.

L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, il personale molto gentile ,ha parcheggio coperto al piano sotto anche se ovviamente ha un prezzo elevato ed è vicinissimo al centro. Unica pecca è che si sentono tutti i rumori delle stanze vicine e delle signore delle pulizie che puliscono anche la mattina molto (troppo) presto, spostando mobili di continuo. Serena

Devo dire che invece, una volta giunti in albergo e spiegato con calma le mie ragioni, hanno risolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità il problema che avevo rappresentato. La struttura è bella, accogliente, la camera era molto comoda (una doppia per una coppia e due bambine) perfettamente distribuita, tipo appartamentino con due bagni autonomi. T.B.

El personal muy atento y acogedor. Fuimos en familia, después de Navidad. El hotel estaba bellamente adornado. Sin dudas, es un lugar para volver.

This hotel was recommended by Rick Steves. We stayed there 5 nights. It is not in the absolute center of town… but so close…a five minute walk. Our room was very spacious and comfortable… their morning breakfast is excellent. It is true there are some things that need to be updated. The room had a whirlpool tub that did not work. Some of the pillows are not as fluffy as in other hotels.. however, our overall experience was so fabulous that I would stay there again over a four star hotel with the best rating. When we left the hotel, we forgot some money and a credit card in the safe. They contacted us immediately. First, they tried by phone, then they tried by email until they found us. Unfortunately, we were already about to return to the states. Within two days they used the money to pay on our account and then credited our card. They even went to the bank to exchange some British Pounds we left into euros - so they could accept the money. We are so grateful and happy that we stayed there! Since what we left was in cash, someone could’ve easily picked it up. I must say the cleaning staff was also great. They were very thoughtful and helpful with us during our stay. While I am writing this, I want to mention a little shop nearby owned by Luigi Landolfi. He makes wooden boxes with detailed inlays. He does absolutely gorgeous work and his prices are reasonable. There is also a little store around the corner that has lots of snacks and things that can be purchased. The owners are very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them. Our stay at the Ulisse was wonderful, and the kindness of the people we met will always be remembered
