Ótimo atendimento. Cheguei sem hora marcada, aguardei 20 minutos e tive meu cabelo cortado pelo Mauricio. Show de simpatia e acolhimento, se esforçou pra nos entendermos (não falo italiano). E fez um ótimo corte!

Une très bonne expérience dans ce salon de coiffure. Malgré qu’il ne parlait pas français, ils ont tous été très gentil et serviable. Je recommande vivement !

Vado dal parrucchiere una volta l'anno e Daniele lo sa. Mi sistema sempre, con i miei disastri, al meglio. Gentile, divertente e professionale, mi fa anche fare due risate mentre mi taglia o colora i capelli. Obiettivo, gentile e sincero, è contornato da un ottimo staff. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

I was delighted with how welcoming and friendly the staff were! My italian is not good at all so thankfully they were very patient with me - I took photos to show what I wanted and they made sure to check in with me constantly. Discussed with the hairdresser both when making an appointment and before treatment, to get a really good permanent with rich curls in my long and healthy hair, as I have done many times before at other places with excellent results. This hairdresser guaranteed the result and that everything would be well done, but atfer 4 hours of treatment there ...

Discussed with the hairdresser both when making an appointment and before treatment, to get a really good permanent with rich curls in my long and healthy hair, as I have done many times before at other places with excellent results. This hairdresser guaranteed the result and that everything would be well done, but atfer 4 hours of treatment there were only waves, absolutely no curls. She tried to fixed this by using a curling iron and promising that the curls would set in the coming days. Already the next day the hair was straighter and the volume was gone. It did not get better. (Of course). Furthermore the hair was bleached at the temples! I went back, to complain. The hairdresser told me, that the bleaching was not unexpected due to strong chemicals, but she didn't warn me beforehand -- and I've never ever experienced such a thing before. The owner, Daniele, wanted to take a look at the curls and in the end had to use a lot of different products (mousse, spray, etc.) to make the hair look a bit curlier. He said to me "look, now at all the curls!" There were none. I told him. "But that's because your hair is long and heavy." I told him there was not even a single curl at the ends of the hair. He also had to adjust the cut... During all of this, Daniele's face was read with anger and he was shouting aggressively, standing over me laying down in his chair with my hair in his hands. I'm sad because of the unprofessional attitude. We agreed on a total refund, which is only professional. Later they sent me only a partial refund for the permanent itself, claiming that the cut had been well done. Then they added that "the permanent was perfect for us as well". No compensation at all for the damage to the hair. I will not be able to do a new permanent for at least one year, to keep it healthy, and I have to live with my bleached temples! All this is worrying, and that they call a permanent perfect and curly when it's barely even wavy. Their lack of pride strikes me.
