Oh my gosh, the highlight of our entire Italy vacation! The property and the hospitality and the location... everything was beyond our expectations. I can not say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like celebrities. My husband and I both work in the 5 star hospitality industry in the U.S. so notice all the details and were blown away.

From the surprise turn in the road, up tree lined drive and into this stylish small hotel, we were delighted in every aspect. Contemporary in decor and fit-out, with excellent facilities such as well designed and appointed large bathroom, beautiful relaxing garden and pool, looking over sublime Tuscan landscape, fabulous terrace restaurant. From the surprise turn in the road, up tree lined drive and into this stylish small hotel, we were delighted in every aspect. Contemporary in decor and fit-out, with excellent facilities such as well designed and appointed large bathroom, beautiful relaxing garden and pool, looking over sublime Tuscan landscape, fabulous terrace restaurant. But special indeed was the hospitality and generosity of spirit of Sergio, Roberta and Maria, along with all the tireless staff. It took Sergio one second to not only help us communicate with our car rental company, on unexpected battery death, but to unflinchingly offer to,and drive us 1 hour to Perugia to collect another car… above and beyond!!

A beautiful, peaceful boutique experience. We stayed for a week in June. The room was the perfect size, comfortable and excellent bathroom. The grounds and pool were perfect to find a quiet spot to relax after a day hiking. The restaurant was delicious and convenient with enough choice we ate there 5 out of 7 nights. The staff are what make the difference, thank you Sergio, Bianca, Solare, Roberta, Poggina the cat and the chefs and cleaners. My only suggestions for improving even further, which does not impare the 5 star rating, is that there is no safe in the room which may give some travellers more comfort, and the towels and bathroom amenities are changed daily and so the hotels eco credentials could be improved.
