Room ( room#60 on 5th floor) was outstanding with terrace with amazing view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast buffet was great with good variety of offerings. The entire staff...Graziano, Sara, Chiara, Paula and Daniele are the best in the business!! Location was perfect too!! Across the street from Ferry terminal made visiting nearby towns line Varenna and Meggiano simple and quick!! I highly recommend Hotel Du Lac for a visit to Bellagio and Lake Como!

Lovely hotel, very good service, great location. We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Fabulous buffet breakfast, and great rooftop bar!

Location of hotel perfect and couldn’t have been better. Hotel right across from where the ferries depart for day trips. All staff lovely and friendly. Reception staff always happy to answer any questions or give suggestions of places to dine. Room was lovely, spacious, clean, very comfortable and lovely view of the lake from the balcony.

We had booked a year in advance and still did not get a lake view but it didn’t really matter as we spent little time in the room (which was very nice with both a shower and bath) The food in the hotel’s bistro was excellent but we were not able to book for the first floor restaurant which wasn’t open every night. Having visited other towns on the ferries, we definitely thought Bellagio was the best location though you do have to be fairly fit to climb all the beautiful “staircases” and steep streets.

Service during breakfast buffet was outstanding! Great location with beautiful view from the roof for evening drinks was very nice.

Wonderful property literally in the main area of Bellagio! Everything five stars - especially the courtesy of the staff and breakfast buffett. The spa is lovely too. One opportunity for improvement I thought was having a luggage cart.

If you are looking for a quality hotel in the centre of Bellagio ,look no further than Hotel DuLac Lac. The hotel is well thought out in all aspects . Our bedroom was spacious with USB sockets next to the beds and a 13 amp English socket in the room sheer genius , which meant my travel adapters were redundant . The reception staff were extremely knowledgeable , Zara and Graziano to name but two them .The breakfast was more than adequate plenty of choice and an added bonus was the view of the lake whilst eating it.We had our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and staff made our day special .

The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect - right across from the ferry station. The staff were wonderful. I highly recommend the hotel!

A really beautiful hotel, our views were stunning and we spent most of trip gazing from the balcony .. staff were extremely helpful and ensured that we could be seated for drinks and enjoy the gorgeous scenery

Very comfortable and nice hotel with big rooms, excellent breakfast buffet in nice dining room with magnificent view of Lake Como. All staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from the moment I made my first enquiry. Endlessly helpful with advice, suggestions and assistance. A wonderful hotel with the perfect balance of smartness and luxury while maintaining a family atmosphere. There’s a fantastic rooftop terrace and bar which opens 6 evenings a week, plus a spa and sauna. I’d recommend paying a little more and staying in a room with a lake view and a balcony. It’s relaxing watching the world go by, and very handy to keep an eye on the queues for the boats!
