Antica Cappelleria Troncarelli is not just a shop – it’s a piece of Rome’s fashion heritage. Established in 1857, it offers an impeccable selection of hats for every style and season, from timeless fedoras and trilbies to elegant panamas and contemporary designs. I usually have difficulty shopping for hats as I have a smaller-than-average head size while being quite tall – a combination that makes finding the right proportions tricky. The owner immediately understood my needs and offered at least three excellent options, two of which I happily bought on the spot. Do not fall for the cheap fakes you see in many small street shops before you try on a real hat here and feel the difference – in quality, fit, and craftsmanship, it’s night and day. And if you travel a lot, the Rollable Borsalino is an absolute gem – stylish, perfectly made, and easy to pack without losing its shape. The staff are true professionals – knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about their craft. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, with shelves full of handcrafted pieces that show off the best of Italian hat-making tradition. Prices reflect the quality, but the value is excellent for what you get. I’m already looking forward to coming back for my next purchase.

Dans toute les villes que j’ai passé, sois je ne trouvait pas de commerce ou ils étaient fermés. Même à Rome je ne trouvais pas. Quand j’ai décidé d’abonnée mes recherche, je tombes sur ce commerce par hasard en allant à la Piazza Navona...

Quand j’ai décidé d’abonnée mes recherche, je tombes sur ce commerce par hasard en allant à la Piazza Navona. Endroit que j’aime. Le gentilhomme a pu me montré plusieurs et pu me choisir un chapeau à une grandeur de près. J’étais tellement contant que sous la lumière j’ai acheté un chapeau beu et non pas noir comme je voulais. En m’apercevant du problème à la lumière du jour, j’ai retourné pour faire l’échange sans problème. Service exceptionnel de gens expérimentés et courtois avec un produit de haute qualité à un prix abordable. Très content de mon achat.
