Dopo aver pagato in anticipo un articolo ordinato direttamente sul posto e aver avuto rassicurazioni sull'ottima riuscita siamo rimasti un anno in attesa di ricevere l'oggetto. Dopo ripetuti solleciti siamo stati contattati via email mandandoci delle foto alla quale abbiamo risposto che non ci piaceva e assolutamente non corrispendeva a quanto da n...
Dopo aver pagato in anticipo un articolo ordinato direttamente sul posto e aver avuto rassicurazioni sull'ottima riuscita siamo rimasti un anno in attesa di ricevere l'oggetto. Dopo ripetuti solleciti siamo stati contattati via email mandandoci delle foto alla quale abbiamo risposto che non ci piaceva e assolutamente non corrispendeva a quanto da noi richiesto. in data odierna ecco cosa ci è arrivato, alleghiamo foto origianale e foto dell'articolo arrivato per far capire la presa in giro che abbiamo ricevuto. questo è quanto accade pagado un anno prima. Sconsigliamo vivamente di rivolgervi a questo negozio.

Signor D'Annibale la sua spiacevole recensione contiene molte inesattezze. Lei ha pagato UN anticipo. E' stato purtroppo servito da un venditore non adeguato alla nostra azienda, che per fortuna ha già cambiato lavoro. Se riguarda le nostre email troverà che Le avevamo offerto un'alternativa più cònsona alla nostra lavorazione. Purtroppo non avete mai risposto alle nostre numerose chiamate, nè alle email. Il lavoro era pronto entro un mese dalla vostra richiesta e vi sono state inviate le foto per approvazione. Siete stati sempre irraggiungibili. Ci dispiace che invece abbia trovato il tempo di scrivere cose non vere che non accettiamo.

This is a working studio relying on sales of large, sculptural pieces, and not a gift shop - but their street-facing showroom had the most impressive large pieces we saw in Murano. If this is your thing, book ahead to tour the studio, which we were told was beautiful, or drop by and ask if they can accomodate: in our case they did offer to take us through later in the afternoon during our morning visit. During the Venice Carnaval, I visited the shop three months ago. I ended up buying one chandelier called "Carnival chandelier" since the glass pieces and chandeliers were so beautiful. Looking forward to my next visit, and hopefully adding more of your artwork to my home.

I visited with a group 1 month ago. The glass pieces are so beautiful that when we went afterwards to visit the Murano glass museum, it wasn’t so impressive. The demonstration was also amazing and mesmerizing, treating us as vip’s in a very comfortable atmosphere. The glow in the dark glass was truly unique. I look forward to my next visit, and hop...
I visited with a group 1 month ago. The glass pieces are so beautiful that when we went afterwards to visit the Murano glass museum, it wasn’t so impressive. The demonstration was also amazing and mesmerizing, treating us as vip’s in a very comfortable atmosphere. The glow in the dark glass was truly unique.
