We had an amazing tour of the winery with Nicola who knew so much and was so helpful. We learned about the history of the region, the land, and of course the wines. The tasting was a combination between almost spiritual, with the significance of the wine to italians, to highly practical and how to describe the wine when ordering at a restaurant.
