We located this amazing Italian restaurant, which is located near the train station and a few minutes from the central tourist / town area.
The ambience is welcoming and cosy, the staff were friendly excellent and we had a great dinner!
I can recommend the grilled fish of the day, the mussels and the tuna - all were cooked perfectly & delicious.

I can recommend the grilled fish of the day, the mussels and the tuna - all were cooked perfectly & delicious.
We also received great advice on a local Red wine which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Unexpected find
Having arrived in Ravenna by train, we called in at the osteria for lunch to kill time and to have a bite of lunch. It was so fabulous that we reserved a table and came back for dinner the following day. Efficient and friendly staff, delicious food, great wines and a relaxed and friendly vibe! What a find! Bellissimo 👌👏🥰😋

if you visit Ravenna this is a must place. it should be the first one as soon as you land in the city's station, which is 0km far , where you will be able to experience the "ospitalità Romagnola" and give a positive good start to your stay. freshly made egg pasta by beautiful, warm and welcoming women, they were attentive to our culinary needs. if you visit Ravenna this is a must place. it should be the first one as soon as you land in the city's station, which is 0km far , where you will be able to experience the "ospitalità Romagnola" and give a positive good start to your stay. freshly made egg pasta by beautiful, warm and welcoming women, they were attentive to our culinary needs. We reside in London, yet my partner had the best Angus stake, I am originally from here and can reassure i had the best fish strozapreti as primo and spiedini gamberi-calamari per secondo. this place call itself "Osteria" yet we had better service than many restaurants where we paid double the price. we are here another 5 days and will make sure we are back as many times as we can. it's a shame we didn't discover it earlier on. In other countries what is given here is rated as luxury. I am so proud to say, this is what my Ravenna is about.
