I problemi indicati non rispecchiano gli standard abituali della nostra struttura, e ci stiamo già muovendo per capire cosa sia andato storto, soprattutto riguardo al climatizzatore e all’odore nella stanza. Saremmo stati felici di ricevere la segnalazione durante il soggiorno, così da intervenire subito e limitare il disagio.
