What an experience! Vincenzo was a fantastic teacher and incredibly friendly and patient. I have definitely taken away so much information from the class and having the meal at the end was thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend choosing Chefactory.

We travelled to Italy for my daughter’s sweet 16 so I wanted to do something fun and special as a family (4). We booked this cooking class during our stay in Florence. Let me tell you…the experience was phenomenal!!! Francesco was great! Personality and energy was amazing. He was like family…:-) From the simple every day cooking tips to the meal it...

Let me tell you…the experience was phenomenal!!! Francesco was great! Personality and energy was amazing. He was like family…:-) From the simple every day cooking tips to the meal itself 10/10. The best meal we ate during our 2 week Italy trip and we prepared it! Lol It’s been about 2 weeks since we’ve returned home (Toronto, Canada) and I just purchased the Atlas 150 pasta maker so I can follow Francesco’s recipes. No going back to store bought pasta! Thank you Francesco (and Romina) for such a great experience and wonderful memories!!!

This class was so much fun! I cook alot at home but still learned so many new techniques. I highly recommend taking this class for a fun afternoon. The instructor was fantastic and we got to eat everything we made.

This was probably the highlight of an already amazing trip. The instructor was incredibly professional, and did an absolutely outstanding job at patiently walking us through creating 3 pasta dishes and a dessert. The school was impeccably clean, and hygiene was front and center. The meal we created was delicious to both the adults and two typically...
This was probably the highlight of an already amazing trip. The instructor was incredibly professional, and did an absolutely outstanding job at patiently walking us through creating 3 pasta dishes and a dessert. The school was impeccably clean, and hygiene was front and center. The meal we created was delicious to both the adults and two typically selective kids. The communication with the general manager, Francesco, was incredibly quick and very helpful. Livio, or instructor, was a true gift of the night. The entire experience was great from booking, straight through to eating the meal we had just finished preparing. I would highly recommend this to anyone, from a date night to a family looking for an experience they will never forget. I cannot wait until our next trip to try another one of their classes!
