We booked an apartment via Domvs Italica as a holiday rental via Booking.com, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The accommodation was in very poor condition: it was freezing cold, located in a basement, and right next to a busy and noisy road. When we tried to cancel, we were treated very rudely and even insulted. Despite several requests, we have not received any refund. Booking.com also informed us that the property management has not responded to their messages. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Never again.
