This is the worst bus and transportation business I have ever dealt with! I made a reservation for transfer in Genova, and after the payment, they never pickup the phone or reply the emails. Their English is horrible so not worth to work with them if you don't speak italian. I used my credit card to pay and after some changes on services, GG SERVIC...
This is the worst bus and transportation business I have ever dealt with! I made a reservation for transfer in Genova, and after the payment, they never pickup the phone or reply the emails. Their English is horrible so not worth to work with them if you don't speak italian. I used my credit card to pay and after some changes on services, GG SERVICE had to refund to my card, which they were delaying as most as they can in order to me to not claim to my bank or credit card issuer. I called them many times, probably sent 50 emails and no reply at all. Terrible service and I will never recommend using their service again. The whole experience was terrible, I lose the money but this summer I went to Arenzano and went to police station and they told me they can not do anything but now they know about the scammers of GG SERVICE ! So I hope they do not scam anymore another people or agencies.
