The curiosity for traditional recipes led us to discover the wood-baked "cresia" made with flour, water and yeast, considered the bread of the poor in the past and now an exceptional food to be combined with ham, "ciauscolo and lardellato" salami" coppa and lonza", local vegetables (chicory and "grugni"), fresh and aged cheese (pecorino cheese and sheepricotta). Delicious home-made first courses and pasta for making ravili (egg pasta stuffed with sheep ricotta cheese), "tagliatelle and pappardelle, gnocchi" to be served with a game sauce (boar, hare, roe), season mushrooms and truffle.
