Gai was established in Pinerolo (To) in 1945 by Mr Giacomo Gai. In 1959 the premises were moved to Trofarello (To). Since 1972 the firm has been run by the founder's sons, Carlo and Battista, and in 1985 the entire activity was moved to the new premises in Ceresole d'Alba (Cn). In 2000 the third generation began working at the firm.
