Their goal has always been to spread knowledge of and bring out the value of local wines through an efficient distribution network, not only through bottled wine. Over the years, our experience has enabled us to select grapes from the different areas and to produce appellation contrôlée wines connected with small regions, where the typical characteristics of the vines stand out. The company pays close attention to technological innovations and now avails of thermal control in fermentation, grape pressing machines and soft presses, barrels in French oak, both large and small, for carrying out maintenance and refinement of the wines. The certified quality system (ISO 9001:2000) enables complete management and control of the entire production cycle.
