Hospitality is a family tradition for the Baldini restaurant which, since 1976, enjoys the combined efforts of Bruno, with experience gained in the taverns of Carrara, Giovanni, with a background of pasta making, who sees to the supply of goods we require and takes care of contacts with customers, and Anna and Maggiorina, who look after the dining room and kitchen. Among the plain and fancy dishes, a recipe has been created that is so appreciated and copied that it can be considered typical of the area, 'penne alla disperata', a tasty but very delicate dish rich in Mediterranean flavours that literally tempt the palate. Notable creations like the 'piccatine alla Sassi', octopus polenta with rose pepper, the serving of squid with mushroom cream, and many other specialties are the expression of a synergy of aims.
